Mama Z's Pizza
From Wisconsin to Las Vegas …
How did I even find this pizza spot? Well, it all started on Instagram! Shout out to Mama Z’s Pizza for following me first because I would not have found this place on my own.
Mama Z’s is tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza. Smith’s and Smart & Final are the two biggest stores in the plaza so normally, my attention would gravitate to only those stores. I don’t usually look around to see what other smaller shops there are until I had to find Mama Z’s.
After following Mama Z’s on Instagram for a while, I kept craving pizza. I was able to convince my boyfriend to try Mama Z’s since they haven’t been open for long and we ought to support new businesses.
The first time we had a hard time picking one pizza because we both wanted our own. We definitely knew we couldn’t finish 2 separate pizzas and breadsticks. It felt like it took us more than 10 minutes to decide to try their “Perfect” pizza. We asked for mushrooms only on half of the pizza since my boyfriend doesn’t like them.
- HUGE Pepperoni slices!
- Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom, Feta Cheese
- Buffalo Chicken, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Bacon, Ranch Sauce
- NO Red Onions (we don’t like onions)
Recently we ordered for the second time and got the “Buffalo Chicken” pizza. I was a little skeptical about this one because they used a ranch base instead of the typical marinara sauce. However, after the first bite, I was sold! I would order this again. Each bite was so good that I was trying to eat slower.

Desserts!
Sugar coated donuts filled with Nutella or Pumpkin! Served warm. My favorite was the Pumpkin Bombolini because it was equally balanced with the heavy sugar coat. If you have a very strong sweet tooth, I’d highly recommend the Nutella one!!
